  Unfriendly staff, toast was rock hard, poached eggs completely cooked through. Wonderful experience..

  Are you looking for a great coffee house where you'll get fast service, a good cup of coffee, and friendly waiting staff? Then stay away from this place! Bang on the worst experience at any coffee shop/ shingle inn, having been a happy customer at other locations. Ordered a standard breakfast for 2 and cost over $50, here's what went wrong.. Poached eggs were completely cooked through Coffee took around 15 mins to make and they forgot one, then after being reminded they completely forgot again. Ended up getting my coffee when I finished my breakfast with no offer of a discount To add insult to injury, the coffee tasted like it was put through a toaster 'Big breakfast' doesn't come with tomato sauce?!?! Had to ask and pay 40c?! Wot Ordered avocado and hash brown as extra (extra $6) - both the singular hash brown and under ripe avo could be eaten in one bite Couldn't complain in person as I was trying to seem pleasant in front of the missus. Hopefully they see this and attempt to change, but somehow I think they're comfortable with their poor form Geez I'm disappointed

  most terrible service I have ever experienced. I had waited an hour for my food to come, no waiters bothered to ask if everything was ok after seeing me still waiting with an empty table for an hour. customers that had ordered way after me were getting their food before me. after an hour I finally spoke up asking and they were still mucking me around not having any idea what went wrong and what I had originally ordered. fair enough if it was a full house and they were busy but not when there was only a few customers dining in. I've only visited here twice, first time I wasn't too impressed either.
